Sherri Purifoy-Frie has spent more than 40 years in the title and closing industry, building her career around one simple belief: who you work with matters.
After beginning her career in title in 1982, Sherri gained experience in nearly every aspect of the industry before founding Apex Title in 2019. Today, she remains actively involved in the business and brings decades of hands-on closing experience to the Realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers Apex serves.
For Sherri, title is about much more than getting a transaction to the closing table. It’s about communication, problem-solving, relationships, and giving clients the confidence of knowing someone experienced is paying attention to the details.
As the local owner of Apex Title, Sherri has intentionally built the company around a more personal approach—experienced professionals, direct communication, and one point of contact from contract to close.
When she’s not working on a closing, you’ll often find Sherri connecting people, supporting local real estate professionals, dreaming up a new marketing idea, or finding another way Apex can make the closing experience better.
